Mapping of integer to day can be more specific #13

the documentation for DAY being an integer from 1-5 can be more specific, to tell the reader exactly which integer corresponds to which day.

this is because as a reader now i have to infer that 1 is monday, 2 is tuesday etc. and a different reader may have a different interpretation and think otherwise, resulting in them adding the free time to the wrong day and thus create headaches when planning the course

thus i believe a more explicit list would be useful especially since it would only add 5 lines.

not very low because a user may be misguided and use the app wrongly because of this
