ssao grass problem #117

Problems with the rendering order/visiblity and/or blending of objects:

1. car glass and particles fully visible underwater
2. ssao fully visible underwater
3. particles are visible in dynamic cubemap

1 and 3 are hidious, I'm upping priority.
I remember It worked at some point, but was lost with generated materials.
It could be some depth write, depth test missing in those materials (particles, 
car glass, fluids)
or (I doubt this since it didn't change) render queue groups (RQG_Fluid, ..)
or maybe sth else.

This isn't an issue, just so you know: when looking from underwater, pipes 
disappear, only above water part. Can be seen on I3, X1.

getting the water and particles out of the car would be nice, but its probably 
hard.

SSAO underwater was fixed by Ahmed.

But there's still this grass problem, looks like substracted. For every effect 
using depth. Only bloom and motion blur work ok.
