New trees, rocks, bushes #178

Already started Autumn (T), also want to make Moss (O).
I made about 30 trees.
Using a great web generator SnappyTree. Textures from OpenGameArt.

http://imgur.com/youhQ, just to show what would be great to have. Per pixel 
specular, and translucency (leaves getting yellowish through near sun).

There is a problem with normals being squished with rotation in paged-geom, no 
idea how to fix it, will make diffuse and specular look weird/random:

Ok the problem is solved, was a typo bug in paged-geom.
Autumn and Moss are nearly done.

- Still have some unfinished trees.
- Also need new firs, conifers for winter, empty snowed trees.
- Finish new rocks, also as static objects (big scale).

- Bushes, maybe also with gui check to disable (for lower gpus)
