Painting in editor #227

An mode in editor where you can paint textures (on terrain).
Those textures could then be used for
- vegetation density (global, eg. make oasis with trees on desert)
- vegetation layers density (for invidual models, custom placing)
- terrain layers density (custom blendmap painting)
- grass density (add or deny grass in places)
- grass layers density (variations)
- terrain color (RGB)
Density is 1 byte, RGB is 3.

This should be universal as much as possible, so you could attach any painted 
texture to any of the density slots.
