i might have a fix for this in 1.2.13 - by not using the docking ability, there
maybe other problems though

Was a bug reoprt opened for this mono bug, or is this a known bug? Also how
does one 'not use the docking facility'?

I didn't have the possibility to test 1.2.13 but I tested 1.2.14. Unfortunately
I still have problems.

1.2.17 starts up fine now, but there is another problem, it crashes on entering
the configuration dialog. I will open a new problem report for that.
