Description

Both the cabal file and the dunai's README contain links to a mirror for the paper "Functional Reactive Programming, Refactored".

Those links point to the old website at UoN, but my new website is https://ivanperez.io/. The links should be adjusted accordingly.

Commit the changes to the README and cabal file in separate commits.
Update the CHANGELOG as the last (separate) commit. You probably will need to create a new block of changes with a new date, since the latest block corresponds to release 0.10.1 which is already out.
