We need a way to send summarized meeting notes to certain Google Chat workspace channels.

Notes:

Google Chat webhooks
will need some kind of routing - meetings with different names or uploaded to different S3 folders, to be routed to different Google Chat workspaces
how to store config with webhooks?
using outputs from the main Terraform module
