(I-Q)^-1 =? #12

Hi, thanks for you explanation how to deal with this task but I have some question.

I can't understand why (I-Q)^-1 will be And not:

| 1     -2|
|-9/4    1|

Why just need to do pow(I-Q, -1) am I right? Thanks
