Add please willDismissStorkBySwipe and willDismissStorkByTap #107

In my case, I need to reload the data on the screen. If I do this according to didDismissStorkByTap, I get a certain delay. Thanks for the cool library.

You need delegate method before dismissing start?

For update parent need update it snapshot. About it I am write in Readme. For now close, if you have any questions, write here.
