Testing and synthetic data location

Was in puzzle/builder/testing/ but now moved to puzzle/testing since it will be used in a variety of ways. Seemed sensible to keep here.

Data that is ready checklist:

Once ready, can be integrated into a test script and into general workflow.

[pv33]

modified the original and noisy 120p template to be binarized with no bleeding. It can be used for testing purposes. Stopping at 120 pieces for now until we fully vet existing code and have a need to go beyond that. Need to create test suite before closing.
