Publish -sources artifacts #9

SnoopEE related artifacts under https://oss.sonatype.org/content/groups/public/eu/agilejava don't contain the regarding sources artfiacts. It'd be great to have them since IDEs now easily resolve and download the sources by clicking on the SnoopEE classes.

I'll look at it. The sources are published in the release to maven central, but it may have been left out in the snapshot builds.
