Canary manual builds to our internal test environment

The meeting notes states that this should be done after the Jenkins move. But I (@jilleJr) consider it such a low hanging fruit to get at least something up and running, to dismiss it.

To begin with, we need a way to build and deploy any branch from the Wharf projects and then deploy them to our internal test environment.
