[x] I've added a new note in the charts/wharf-helm/CHANGELOG.md file, according to docs: https://iver-wharf.github.io/#/development/changelogs/writing-changelogs (but without version dates nor WIP versions)
[x] I've version bumped charts/wharf-helm/Chart.yml

Used to deploy all wharf-cmd components into Kubernetes.

Added as a separate chart as we can later use that as a dependency in wharf-helm, to have a bit of modularity, hopefully.

Edit: Are the failing/cancelled checks to be expected or do they need to be fixed?

It's the watchdog that's failing. It requires the wharf-api to be available at least one time, otherwise it errors out without serving.
