Stored config info. is not restored with db restore #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make sure the machines have their config refreshed
2.Backup the db with backupdb.wsf
3.Restore the db to a new machine with restoredb.wsf

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I would expect to see the configuration when I open the properties of a 
machine in the console
- instead I see a blank config as if I had just added the machine and had not 
stored the config using a Refresh Config task

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Using Ghost version 11.0.1.1533 on XP and the 2009-08 version of the scripts

Please provide any additional information below.
