What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every time I try to open iPhone Browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I just get this and it does not run

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I just installed 1.93 again in my XP laptop - still same problem.

Please provide any additional information below.
iTunes will also fail to recognize the device.  Nothing was installed or 
removed immediately prior to this starting to happen.  Last program installed 
was the iTunes 10.4.1.10 update.  Tried another USB port and different cable, 
still nothing.
