Add a view for data browsing & query form #40

It should be quite straight forward to implement a custom query form for Vald and a nice template (with paging) for browsing data.

Also allow csv download of checked columns.

Christian Endres mentioned a JS lib that can do the scrolling nicely, running queries in the background.
