check opti1 ? #6

should the obs-tpl check at start that opti1 is in SPU-position, or rely on the acq-tpl to have done its job?

I'd like to, but I am too careful. Maybe we should follow the philosophy of the spectroscopy template? There it does not seem that the check is is done.
