Arrow to export is not visible

Hi, the arrow to export the table/pivot doesn't appear immediately, but only:

after navigating through the sheets 2/3 times;
after pressing "edit sheet". The version of Qlik Server is: Qlik Sense September 2020 Patch 4 (qliksenseserver 13.95.7). Can you help me? Thanks
