Peers doesn't work with OSE. Both override the searchbar's original xbl.

Possible solution: override chrome://browser/content/search/search.xml in
chrome.manifest with our implementation, which we change to inherit from
chrome://browser/content/search/search.xml?orig (override doesn't override uris 
with
a query string)
