Search Engine Prompt glitch #71

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
When trying to add new search engines, instead of the correct prompt (see
attached file), the pop-up is blank.

You can use the http://mycroft.mozdev.org/ page to check this bug.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and
Firefox version?

OSE 1.7, Windows XP SP3, Firefox 4.0.1

BTW, here's an excerpt of the error console after trying to add a seach engine
with OSE installed:

Error: showControls is not defined
Source File: chrome://seorganizer/content/confirmAddEngine.xul
Line: 141

I have the same problem. The problem goes away when OSE is disabled. OSE 1.7,
Windows 7 Home Pewmium-64, FF 4.0.1

Same Problem here with Firefox7 / Win7SP1, described in german language.

Suchmaschine
erscheint also nicht.
deaktiviertem OSE installieren.

Die Fehlerkonsole sagt:
> Fehler: showControls is not defined
> Quelldatei: chrome://seorganizer/content/confirmAddEngine.xul
> Zeile: 141
und
> Fehler: infoTitle is null
> Quelldatei: resource://gre/modules/CommonDialog.jsm
> Zeile: 127
