Add auto spatial regression using the logic from auto_model.py (for ESRI pysal 
plugin).

This new feature has been added since version 1.7.25. 

However, there is a bug that the name of variance does NOT show in the report.

This bug has been fixed in versions >= 1.7.31

GeoDa 1.7.37-2 (nightly), 13 July 2015

This isn't quite right yet: e.g. when I specify a model like the attached with 
weights and select the classic (nonspatial OLS) model, I get the attached 
pop-up view saying that both the spatial lag and error model are significant 
one the lag model was selected, which I assume should only pop up if I choose 
the auto option, not the classic one.

Tested this with two different datasets and got same result.

the logic has been fixed in ci 3708.

the fix will be applied in version >= 1.7.37-3
