Web Service file dialog input box too large #180

in Web Service file dialog, why is the box to enter the WFS address so large? 
What does the magnifying glass do?

change it to a normal input box -- the large input box is used for user to 
check and edit the input url.  Remove the WFS magnify glass button, hook the 
function to “OK” button

this fix has been applied in version >= 1.7.24
