Table: bug with selected export after a variable type has been changed #184

here’s the use case: using Chicago blockgroups, I eliminated a duplicate 
block group and saved the new selection with export selected. Before this, I 
had converted (copied into a new variable) the “string” ID to an integer 
ID. When I open the saved file, the new (integer) ID variable is corrupted (all 
the values are negative, if that helps). This may have to do with the integer 
precision, since the integer values are very large (the negative signs made me 
think of that). After that, the program crashed.

this bug has been fixed. It is caused by invalid conversion from string to 
large integer number.

this fix has been applied in versions >= 1.7.24
