Failing To Load On Linux Wine #42

Fails with following error.

Failed to load System.Private.CoreLib.dll (error code 0x8007046C) Error message: Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x8007046C

Desktop runtime 8.0.8 is installed. Using q4wine in to run.

Can't really help, it's not a cross-platform application.
