iview的select组件选中回显问题 #91

1、初始化组件的时候，发现没有展示placeholder 2、选中的时候，选中内容没有正常回显

查看代码发现，

元素为空 正常的话，应该有子元素
<!----><!---->请选择……<!----><!---->
