I can't tell you how many times I have had to search through my old emails and 
conversations with you to figure out how to hide the keyboard properly on form 
launch.  As I do it now, I am thinking, this would be a great checkbox to add 
to the new form wizard.

I have also found that coming out of listpicks causes problems with the 
keyboard and setting focus of the cursor.  Seems to be a related issue/P.I.T.A
