build: Remove an implicit int #6

Both clang and gcc will default to treating this as an error in upcoming releases.

Would be nice if you take care of the PRs? I'm just user of this awesome package, not maintainer. Even the package is not in active development, it is still in use and a number of issues (plus this PR) has been raised to fix certain bugs. I'd happy to transfer this repository to your space (or grant you the admin rights if desired). Thank you!
