Can I customise dwv more ? how customisable is it ? #1405

I want to integrate a feature of drawing over the images that are being uploaded in the dicom-viewer . can someone give any idea on how can i achieve that and if thats possible or not

You can check out the demos such as dwv-react or dwv-vue for some simple examples.
