Add more on namespaces to the concept #17

Point out that namespace both - makes files unique within the space and set permissions

a data set in a personal namespace can contain files from other namespaces owned by others.

only the person can add files to a personal namespave

there are group namespaces where any member of the group can add to a dataset.
