ability to add metadata to named queries and have a gui that shows them for a namespace #38

Basically - it would be awesome if named queries had similar functionality to datasets with analogous interfaces.

Ability to find them using metadata

gui that lists them, preferably with ability to filter/sort on date/name with wildcard/ metadata attributes.

Use case for this:

Can create a listing of all of the relevant queries for a given data collection by doing a selection similar to:

metacat query datasets matching schellma:* having datasetpar.deftag=prod_v4

the goal here is to provide tools to migrate users from samweb to metacat with defined queries.
