Understand the basics of Agile methodology, again, don't spend too much time,

Atlassian is a company that developed a "suite of products" that everyone uses to manage their projects and documentation. It's pretty awesome.

Their documentation is even more awesome.

We will not use Atlassian products, but they explain really well what Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN is and how to use it. To clarify: Atlassian hasn't created Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN, they just provide software that helps you use it.

Don't go too deep into documentation, just understand what it is and what the difference is.

SCRUM is about continuously shipping value to the company KANBAN is about sustaining complex products
