scanning strategy #36

Section 4.4 (September 28t) reads :

The scanning strategy adopted in an observation is described by the parameter sky_scan_mode. We note that it would be better to adopt one of the following solutions: either use scan_mode to include both spatial and frequency scanning modes, or leave sky_scan_mode for spatial scanning while a second parameter frequency_scan_mode should be added for frequency scanning strategy (see Sect.~\ref{subsec:sd}).

I think adding one single scan mode parameter is enough. This may require to allow sky/spectral terms combination . Semi column ?
