Deprecating the altIdentifier children to contact and creator. #7

While admittedly they are a bit more general than the new altIdentifier attributes on their ResourceName-typed children, that generality is not a terribly useful thing in the first place, and it certainly does not justify an extra feature over what the other elements with ResourceNames have.

It's pretty hard to see the deprecation wood for the whitespace trees.
