Update example in section 3.7 #24

The example in section 3.7,

<LINK content-role="type"
   href="http://purl.org/astronomy/vocab/PhysicalQuantities/Distance"/>

is using an outdated and abandoned vocabulary (on purl.org). It should be updated to use the new-style physical quantities (if available), or just to remove the outdated reference.
