Adding a refposition attribute to COOSYS #33

This addresses issue #16.

We could consider being a bit more verbose (e.g., mentioning that the legacy "barycentric" system corresponds to system="ICRS" refposition="BARYCENTER"; but then barycentric isn't mentioned in the document, only in the schema...), but since COOSYS would need a serious overhaul to make it actually useful at this level (cf. https://wiki.ivoa.net/internal/IVOA/InterOpApr2022Apps/coosys.pdf), I don't think that's necessary at this point.

The diff is a bit large-ish because I'm fixing the markup of attribute enumeration of COOSYS while I'm at it.

I've rebased to current master to make sure there are no conflicts. There weren't...
