I've gone through the steps up to no.14 in the process described in ivoatexDoc Sect.3.12, but have stopped short at step 15, 'make upload'. I haven't done this before, so it would be good to have a second pair of eyes check I've followed the instructions correctly.
Also, I've proposed some changes in ivoatex, which it may or may not be worth incorporating into this.
