The FITS spec prefers 'a' for year, not 'yr' #5

Arnold Rots has noted that the VOUnits document says that 'yr' is the FITS-preferred unit for year, but that it should instead be 'a'. See Table 34 of the FITS paper.

This is an error in the VOUnits document, which is reflected in the Unity library; see the Unity bug.

Addressed in commit 74ca547, which imports the grammars and known-units list from Unity.

We should also do a review of the document in the light of FITS 4.0 – that's tracked in issue #7.
