Mango modelinstanceinvot

Most of the mango_proposals were based on a former model version that had a mango:Parameter.reductionStatus field.

• This field has been removed from the model because it is useless on most of the test cases.
• Both XML and JSON files have been fixed by hand.
• The model is will remain frozen until the end of the workshop.

time-series/modelinstanceinvot-mango-proposal has been renamed as time-series/modelinstanceinvot-proposal since this case is out of the MANGO scope.
