In the DATA: column 4 = values ~0.3, range +/-90, therefore is Galactic latitude (b) column 5 = values ~342, range 0:360, therefore is Galactic longitude (l)

FIELD 4 = specs for LONGITUDE, with DESCRIPTION for latitude FIELD 5 = specs for LATITUDE, with DESCRIPTION for longitude
