Link to "Mailing Lists" is the same as "Working Groups" #43

In the site map, the link to "Mailing Lists" and "Working Groups" is the same. The "Mailing List" link should either be removed, point to an anchor in the "Working Groups" page, or point to a new page containing relevant information.
