This pull request adds the ability to save the VO-DML and binding files into the packaged jar file, and then be automatically re-used if the jar is used as a dependency of a child model. One of the other main conveniences that is added is that the catalog.xml file (see #3) is automatically produced.

the latest version of the plugin 0.3.4 has been published to the gradle repository
