Add in support for the MIVOT serialization #13

It would be good to integrate some tools to create mappings to votable https://github.com/ivoa-std/ModelInstanceInVot - it is still not clear what the best way to do this would be - some investigation required

A first target would be to serialize a single model to MIVOT - the multi-model capabilities that MIVOT has would be more difficult to achieve.
