Make it clearer that the file could already exist #10

Hello Ivo

Thanks for the gem.

While using gvl-tracing for the first time. I was generating json output with timestamp based on seconds and I hit this error. I think the error should reflect that it is not only an issue on GvlTracing already running.

I tried my patch it is not correct to say that. Closing it.
