Examples should not be shipped with gem to rubygems.org #8

Just noticed while looking at the 0.2.0 diff that gvl-tracing is shipping with the examples, including the traces for them.

The examples/ folder should be excluded from the shipping gem.

Yeap! I just did it and forgot I had an open issue for it :)
