Check how session and measurement id's are created #111

Just like with subjects, if you create a session, it will assign an id based on the total count. But that goes wrong if you delete earlier sessions. So please fix that

I've updated this for sessions, measurements and contacts, though the process is the same everywhere, so clearly I should be able to roll this into the main Table class
