Fix the widget dimensions for smaller resolution screens #5

When working on a 1440*900 screen, its hard to get the entire plate + 4 paw widgets on the screen without scrollbars, please check what better dimensions would be and add them to the configuration file

In the configuration file there's a 'switch' where you can set if you're on a desktop or not. This will set the resolution and everything to hopefully usable sizes on a 1440x900 resolution screen. However, these sizes only matter if you don't want to run the application in maximized mode, because I automatically enable that if you're not on a desktop.
