Make the package naming convention more general #55

I had littered my code base with mentions of dog_name, paws etc. Given that the code should work just fine for humans, I'm switching that to some more agnostic version like: subject_name and contacts.

Note: Some of the GUI elements will required customized versions for humans and animals, so being more specific within those should be fine (I'm referring mainly to the processing and analysis widgets). However, the package that could be used outside of my application should be somewhat agnostic about what it'll be used for.

I'd say most things have been renamed. Some minor details like paw_dict and off course pawlabeling remain, but that's a concern for later.
