Add a roll-off mode to the COP #7

Just like with the 2D max of max view, add a roll off to the COP where you get to see how the COP moves over time.

I've added a roll-off, but I need to change the way the COP is drawn, so I can tell it to only draw ellipses for the frame that's currently selected
