The io.get_file_paths doesn't use the right measurement folder #84

I just tried to get Pawlabeling running on Iris her laptop, but while the measurement widget changes the model.measurement_folder, io.get_file_paths doesn't actually use this. It uses the settings path.

I suggest that whoever calls io.get_file_paths should pass along the right folder to get the file paths from.
