Add separators to the toolbars to make a clearer distinction #98

The create and delete buttons are awfully close together. By adding a separator at least its visually more clear that they should NOT be confused. Possibly you should require a confirmation before deleting something like a session or a subject.

Too bad the distance is so small, it still allows you to press the wrong button...

I also added a confirmation dialog for when you want to delete a subject, session or measurement
